As part of the State Farm Agent Aspirant program you will work directly with Agent Justin Carlton and his ridiculously talented staff. You will develop your skills and knowledge of State Farm's products, sales techniques, customer service, and agency operations. The 18-36 month program is designed to give you insight into running your own successful State Farm agency and an understanding of how to achieve goals, manage a team, and help our customers manage the risks of everyday life. You will receive compensation in a base pay/salary, earned commissions, and bonuses.

The Agent's Team Member role is to identify customer needs and market appropriate State Farm products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish client relationships and follow-up with customers, as needed.
• Provide Prompt, Accurate, and Friendly Customer Service.
• Service will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a Customer-Focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
